Monthly mail is sent during the last week of the month or the first week of the following month.

The theme is announced during the last week of the previous month.
How is the monthly mail sent?
All mail is sent via stamps with untracked shipping.
What if my mail gets lost?
Lost mail may be replaced once. After a replacement has been issued, no further refunds or replacements will be offered.
How can I switch tiers?
You can cancel your current tier at any time and subscribe to a different one whenever you’d like.
How do I pause/cancel my subscription?
Head over to your customer profile. In the dropdown menu, select 'orders' and then select 'manage subscription' to pause/cancel.
Can I combine multiple orders or tiers into one shipment?
No. Each tier and order is shipped separately in its own envelope.
